The service

MoxyGrowth helps you plan and draft search-focused content for websites you own or are authorized to manage. By using it you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.

Sites you connect

You may only add properties and connect Search Console sites that you own or are authorized to manage. You keep ownership of your data and of the content you publish.

Generated content

MoxyGrowth drafts content using language models. Drafts can contain errors and are provided for you to review — you are responsible for reviewing, editing and approving anything before it is published, and for the content once it is. The review and approval step exists for exactly this reason.

Acceptable use

Do not use MoxyGrowth to produce unlawful, deceptive or infringing content, to impersonate anyone, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service or the accounts of others.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Account settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent: it removes your properties, articles, styles and stored search-query data along with your login, and we cannot reverse it or restore your data afterwards. Export anything you want to keep first. What we do with that data is described in our privacy policy.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms where we can.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoxyGrowth is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it.
